Identity and address of the controller
The controller of your personal data is the company identified in the panel above, owner of the corporate website served on gp9.mx and gp9.es. This notice is issued in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its implementing regulations.
Personal data we collect
- Identification and professional contact data provided in the contact form: name, email address, telephone, company and the content of the message.
- Data provided in the job application form, including the attached CV.
- Technical data about the use of the site for analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
No sensitive personal data is collected through this site.
Purposes of the processing
Primary purposes, necessary to handle your request: managing professional contact requests and job applications received through the site forms.
Secondary purpose: measuring the use of the site in order to improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies. You may object to this purpose by rejecting cookies in the corresponding notice or by writing to the email address indicated in the panel above, without affecting the handling of your request.
Transfers and processors
GP9 does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own purposes. To operate the site it uses providers — platform hosting and maintenance, email and communications, and tax, accounting and legal advisers — that process the data on GP9’s behalf and under its instructions.
The service infrastructure may involve processing the data outside Mexico; in that case, the safeguards required by the applicable regulations are adopted. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), as well as withdraw the consent given, by sending a request to hola@gp9consulting.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document proving your identity. The request will be handled within the periods provided for by the LFPDPPP.
Limitation of use or disclosure
In addition to the above rights, you may request the limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal data by writing to the email address indicated in the panel above.
Competent authority
If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may turn to the competent personal data protection authority in Mexico.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated to adapt it to regulatory changes or to the service itself. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
